Please be advised that all content contained in this website and all photographs of Dr. McCartney are the property of HHC Safety Engineering Services, Inc. and HHC Safety Consulting Services, Corp. It is a violation of our companies copyright policy and owned company intellectual property, to use pictures of Dr. McCartney without her consent in a premade deposition powerpoint slide or a premade trial powerpoint slide, with any text that she did not approve. Violations of this policy will be turned over to our legal counsel for further actions. If you have used a photograph of Dr. McCartney, that is owned by either of our companies, and without her consent on a premade power point slide in a deposition or trial exhibit, you are to cease and desist from using her image/photograph and unapproved text in a legal proceeding.

HHC Safety Engineering Services, Inc. and Dr. McCartney does not permit​ and will not provide consent to any premade deposition powerpoint slide or premade trial powerpoint slide to be used in deposition or trial that attempts to use a picture of her or text that she did not approve.

HHC Safety Engineering Services, Inc. and Dr. McCartney does not permit and will not provide consent to anyone for the use of any unauthorized picture taken of her on the street and to be used in any way shape or form, especially taken by anyone she does not know. Any such actions will be deemed to have the intent to annoy, harrass or intimidate Dr. McCartney and employees of HHC Safety Consulting and HHC Safety Engineering Services, Inc. The action by an individual to take unauthorized photographs of Dr. McCartney and/or any employee, is a violation of our corporate policies to protect our employees from workplace harassment, and will be turned over to our legal counsel for further action.

Workplace Harassment. Any organization and any member of any organization who may benefit from the services of HHC Safety Engineering Services, Inc and HHC Safety Consulting Services, Corp and its Affiliates’ employees, agents, customers, or other contractors will not engage in any harassment of HHC Safety Engineering Services, Inc. and HHC Safety Consulting Services, Corp. and its Affiliates’ employees, agents, customers, or contractors.

HHC Safety Engineering Services, Inc. believes that respectful, professional conduct furthers the Company’s mission, promotes productivity, minimizes disputes, and enhances our reputation. HHC Safety Engineering Services, Corp. expects every employee to show respect for all of our colleagues, customers, and vendors. Harassment by third parties is a form of misconduct that destroys our work environment and undermines the integrity of the employment relationship. The Company is committed to providing a work environment that is free of unlawful discrimination, including harassment that is based on any legally protected status. The Company will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment that violates this policy.
HARASSMENT PROHIBITED
We will provide a safe and pleasant work environment where everyone is treated with fairness and respect. It is against Company policy for any third party to verbally or physically harass or discriminate against our employee on the basis of an individual’s race, color, religion, national origin, genetic information, sex (including pregnancy), age, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression), marital status, protected veterans status, citizenship status or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Harassment of employees in the HHC Safety Engineering Services, Inc.'s workplace, or any workplace, by any third party will not be tolerated either. The matter will be referred to our legal counsel for further actions.

The term "harassment" as used in this Section includes all forms of unlawful harassment based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, veteran, or other protected status; as well as all other forms of harassment, which, while not unlawful, are inappropriate in a business setting. If any member of the specific organization who performs Work for or communicates with any member of any organization have not been informed of the standard of conduct above, Organization will inform them.
